Our Assist-Personal Activities services include:

• Assisting with Personal Care: Our compassionate Direct Support Workers are trained to provide respectful and dignified assistance with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. We work closely with participants to ensure their specific needs are met.
• Supporting with Meal Preparation: We help participants with meal preparation, from planning and grocery shopping to cooking and cleaning up. Our team can also offer support with meal planning and budgeting to promote healthier and more independent living.
• Helping with Domestic Tasks: We provide valuable assistance with domestic chores like laundry, cleaning, and ironing. Additionally, our Direct Support Workers can teach participants the necessary skills to perform these tasks independently.
• Supporting Medication Management: Our staff can assist participants with medication management, ensuring they take their medications on time and understand the instructions. We prioritize their safety and well-being.
